time for a little burger innovation...with my guest Bob Sloan and his
new book "Great Burgers!"
There are lots of burger books out there, Bob's version leads the way to fun in a bun. From the very basic burger for beginners, to the more exotic Louisiana-style Bayou burger and Mexican-style Picadillo fare, there are burgers for every palate. This handy book also has many recipes for delicious sides to round off the menu options.
Bob Sloan is also the author of "The Working Stiff Cookbook" - His humor pieces and fiction have appeared in Playboy and Print. He lives in New York City.
