2005 Artesa Carneros Chardonnay

An exuberant expression of great Carneros Chardonnay. Aromatically and in the mouth this wine is full of lemon, peach, apple, and melon with hints of kiwi and lime. Beautifully multi-layered, this wine also has some oaky smoke and spice that melt into a lingering vanilla and butter finish. Perfectly balanced with the gentle tingle of acid which keeps the fruit lively yet still preserving a silky texture and finish.
