A light, basque specialty with a touch of carbon dioxide spritz to give the wine lift on the palate. Produced from 100% Hondarrabi Zuri grapes, a varietal native to the Basque area where this wine is produced. Aromas reminiscent of Sardinian Vermentino—herbal and floral at once, even a bit tropical. The palate carries this impression through and amplifies it, supported by vibrant acidity. Medium bodied with a long finish.  It’s all about shrimp or how about Turkey!
